Fionuala’s classes combine fluid, creative and dynamic sequences, designed to fine tune the individual’s awareness of their bodies whilst simultaneously improving physical strength and flexibility. With skill and experience Fionuala has taught children, the elderly, athletes, dancers, people with injuries, terminal illness, addictions etc.

Class structure
Relaxation, Arriving and Centering, Breath Awareness.
Gentle warm up and core strength exercises.
Dynamic flow sequence incorporating long held challenging
postures and skilful, graceful transitions.
Specific practises focusing either on back postures, opening
hips and shoulders or hand balances and inversions.
Final relaxation

The classes can be adapted to meet individual needs.
