In 1999 Fionuala qualified as a Yoga teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga, UK. She then travelled throughout India, USA and Europe to study with some of the most knowledgeable and distinguished Yoga teachers in the world.

Returning to London Fionuala expanded her training to teach Yoga to children and completed a foundation course in Yoga therapy and Person Centred Counselling. She now teaches Yoga classes at health clubs, yoga centres and independent venues as well as private sessions at people,s homes or work place and monthly specialised workshops. Fionuala is also working as a carer with Age Concern Camden and teaches on a volunteer basis with Wellness in The Streets.

Most recently Fionuala has been teaching in Siem Reap, Cambodia where she led workshops at the Umberom Yoga Centre whilst taking on a role as a volunteer teaching English and creative movement to children at The ABC's & Rice School (photos can be viewed in the gallery)
